Fayence mit eingetieften Hieroglyphen
Tius trägt eine dreigeteilte Strähnenperücke, hat die Arme auf der Brust gekreuzt und hält in seinen Händen die Arbeitsgeräte, Hacke und Handpflug sowie eine Schnur, an der die Tasche mit dem Saatgut am Rücken hängt. Der gebogene Götterbart ist typisch für alle Figuren seit der XXVI. Dynastie. Der Körper ist mit neun horizontalen Schriftzeilen, die einen Teil des Totenbuchspuches VI sowie den Namen und die Herkunft des Verstorbenen nennen, fein graviert.

Faience with incised hieroglyphs
Tius wears a tripartite wig with arms crossed right over left on the chest and hands
holding the typical implements of, a pick, hoe and the twisted rope of a basket
suspended behind the left shoulder. The plaited and curled divine beard is typical
for the figures since the 26th dynasty.
The body is finely incised with nine horizontal lines citing the sixth chapter of the
book of the dead as well as the name and filiation of the deceased.
