Throne of a lion-headed goddess

Fein ziselierter Götterthron mit halbhoher Rückenlehne.
Auf den Seiten jeweils eine Szene mit der Darstellung des Stifters in Anbetung vor einer stehenden löwenköpfigen Gottheit mit Zepter. Die Inschrift wurde nicht in die dafür vorgesehenen Kolonnen eingraviert.
Die Rückseite des Thrones ist unten mit den Pflanzen für Ober- und Unterägypten (Papyrus und Lotusblume) verziert. Darüber befindet sich ein die Flügel ausbreitender Falke mit Sonnenscheibe und Maatfedern.

Finely engraved throne with low backrest.
On either side of the throne its donator is represented in adoration before a lion-headed goddess holding a sceptre.
The back of the throne is decorated with the two heraldic plants (Papyrus and Lotus flower) and above a falcon is represented with outspread wings, the sun disk and two Maat-feathers.
